Alberta Fabbricotti is Associate Professor of International Law at La Sapienza University, Rome. She teaches Public International Law within the Bachelor’s Programme in Law and Public Management at the Faculty of Law in this University. She also teaches Public International Law at the Department of Communication and Social Research (CORIS) and at the Department of European, American and Intercultural Studies (SEAI). She holds a Ph.D in Public International Law from La Sapienza University, Rome (1996). Alberta has published two books, the first on immigration and asylum in European law and the second on the legal relationship between regional trade agreements and the WTO, and many articles in the fields of international economic law, international protection of human rights and refugee law. She headed and still is the Director of several research teams under the funding of La Sapienza University. .
